Exerceo Training was founded by three hard working professionals who could never find time to work out. We at Exerceo Training offer a time efficient and high intense workout suitable for even the busiest lifestyle.

Since we opened the first EMS studio in London in 2015 we give people with a demanding schedule the opportunity to stay fit within a fraction of the time of traditional workouts.

EMS which stands for electro muscle stimulation makes even easy looking exercises much more intense than a conventional workout. It eliminates the need for spending long hours in a gym. With EMS exercising once or twice a week for 25 minutes is enough to keep your body fit and healthy.

Since Sonja has worked in full time jobs, she was looking for an efficient method of fitness. She exercised regularly but it was hard to find enough time to stay fit and prevent the lower back pain caused by sitting long hours at a desk. When she tried EMS she could feel the difference – a better posture and eased back pain – after only a few sessions. And with only 25 minutes required per session it was easy to incorporate EMS in her routine.

To take her passion a step further she decided to change her career and to provide EMS Training all over London. This is how she became the CEO of Exerceo Training in 2016.

Exerceo has opened its second EMS Studio in Canary Wharf and the fan base has been growing ever since.
